Provided is an antistatic laminated body comprising: a base material that ensures a high transparency using a material that effectively utilizes natural resources, and with which it is possible to minimize decreases in antistatic performance in low-temperature environments; and an antistatic layer that contains cellulose fibers having a carboxyl group. Also provided is a laminated material provided with the same.
