PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for fixing and holding a stator and a circuit board while improving motor efficiency, and facilitating electrical connection even when chemical conversion treatment is applied on the stator surface to form an insulating film on the stator surface, and also to provide a blowing device using the motor. SOLUTION: The motor includes: a stator 8 having teeth 8s on which a coil 9 electrically connected to a circuit board 7 is wound; a rotor provided in the outer periphery of the stator 8; connection pins 11 to electrically connect the coil 9 and the circuit board 7; and a pin holder 10 for fixing the connection pins 11 to the stator 8. The pin holder 10 is constituted so that the width d2 of an end surface facing the teeth 8a of the stator 8 becomes wider than the width d1 of the end surface on the side apart from the teeth 8a toward the outer circumferential direction of the stator 8, and the pin holder 10 is interposed between the coil 9 and the teeth 8a.
