摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize imposition for a ventilation function in a window opening part, by eliminating a conventional frame fitting and by applying a novel ventilating heat-insulated composite panel for the opening part, when coating integrally an outer wall of a reinforced building with the ventilating heat-insulated composite panel. SOLUTION: An horizontal ventilation layer G' communicated with a vertical ventilation layer G is formed by installing additionally a bottom face closing exterior backing material 2A' via a horizontal muntin 2B', on a bottom face, in an upper composite panel 1U, using a ventilating composite panel 1 formed with the vertical ventilation layer G between an exterior backing material 2A and a heat-insulated layer 2C via a vertical muntin 2B, a side-face closing exterior backing material 2A'' is formed by installing additionally on an exposed side-face of the composite panel, in a side-face composite panel 1S, a window flashing 8 is arranged to allow exhaustion form the ventilation layer G, at an upper end of a lower composite panel 1D, without applying the conventional frame, to the opening part 6, the upper composite panel 1U is arranged to allow air to flow in from a clearance ac on a rear side of the horizontal ventilation layer G', to secure ventilation to the upper and lower composite panels of the opening part, and to dispense with sealing/filling treatment on an opening part front face.
