PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a bobbinless coil with the minimum number of components and with the minimum number of processes. SOLUTION: The bobbinless coil 46 comprises an inner diameter guide 46a obtained by cylindrically winding a conductor 45a and hardening up it with an adhesive 62, and a coil body 46b formed by employing the inner diameter guide 46a as a guide and winding a conductor 45b on its outer periphery. It is therefore possible to stabilize the wound shape of the coil body 46b by making the inner diameter guide 46a demonstrate the function of a bobbin while reducing the number of components and costs by abolishing the bobbin. Further, it is possible to reduce the inner diameter of a bobbinless coil 46 corresponding to the abolished bobbin and so reduce resistance and inductance for improving a current response. Moreover, only the conductor 45a of the inner diameter guide 46b may be bonded but it is unnecessary to bond the conductor 45b of the coil body 46b, so that it is possible to restrain the usage of the adhesive 62 and the number of processes to a minimum.
