<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam joint structure and a construction method of a column-beam joint part that can surely connect a brace of steel construction to a column of reinforced concrete construction and transmit stress generated to the brace directly to each member. <P>SOLUTION: A column-beam joint part 3 formed to project a plurality of beams 2 of steel construction by a predetermined length from the outer peripheral surface is provided between a lower story column 1a and an upper story column 1b of reinforced concrete construction. Gusset plates 5 are joined and fixed to the side face of an embedded member 4 fixed to the upper face of the column-beam joint part 3, and to the upper face of the beam 2, and the embedded member 4 and the embedded member 4 side ends of the gusset plates 5 are embedded inside concrete that constitutes the upper story column 1b.
