The navigation unit installed in the traffic light control unit has a processor, a remote communication unit, a satellite receiver, nonvolatile memory, a block of sensors and actuating devices, a switch and lighting devices of the traffic lights. The navigation unit installed on the stationary post has a remote communication unit, a processor, a satellite receiver, nonvolatile memory, a block of sensors and actuating devices and a reader. The reader includes a drive oscillator, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, a power amplifier and a phase detector. The identification mark includes a piezoelectric crystal, a microstrip antenna, electrodes, two buses and a set of reflectors.
