PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to reduce the time required for drawing in a conventional droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge device includes: a discharge head 33 for discharging a liquid body as a droplet toward a work W in a state of facing the work W; a head control part for controlling the drive of the discharge head 33; and a displacement measuring device 15 for detecting a gap amount G between the work W and the discharge head 33. The head control part corrects a discharge timing of the droplet in the discharge head 33 based on a detection result of the gap amount G from the displacement measuring device 15.
