The device has light sources (1) e.g. LEDs, producing light bundled with same or different wavelength by common light flux. The light is spatially transferred to light guidance hoses (7, 8) deviating from each other. The light of the sources of light is combined by a mechanical arrangement of the device. A reflective layer of the light guidance hoses is dyed in accordance with the wavelength the light. Optical patterns are produced by introduction of symbol panes into the light guidance hoses. The light guidance hoses of the sources of light are combined together with symbols and designs.
