PURPOSE: A fluid sealing device of the shock absorber and a shock absorber thereof is provided to use the rod guide integrated the oil seal by extending the piston rod and fixing the rod guide in order to prevent the fall of the rod guide after the gas injection in vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A fluid sealing device of the shock absorber comprises a fluid injecting nozzle(110), a location fixing unit(120), and a seal fixing unit. The fluid injecting nozzle injects the gas and oil to the tube through the fluid injecting hole(11d) formed in the tube(11) of the shock absorber. The fluid injecting nozzle is movably installed in one side of the tube. The fluid injecting nozzle is insertable to the fluid injecting hole. The location fixing unit cooperates with the supporting unit installed at the piston rod(12) of the shock absorber in the oil injection. The location fixing unit supports the seal unit of the shock absorber in the fixed location. The seal fixing unit fixes the seal unit after the gas and oil injection are completed.
