PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a temperature compensation type oscillation circuit, and the temperature compensation type oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the temperature compensation type oscillation circuit 10 has: an oscillation circuit 14 for oscillating a piezoelectric vibrator 12 to output an oscillation signal 48; a temperature detecting means (temperature sensor 16) for outputting detection voltage 56 corresponding to the temperature of the piezoelectric vibrator 12; and a temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 18 for outputting, to the oscillation circuit 14, temperature compensation voltage 58 for performing temperature compensation of the frequency of the oscillation signal 48 on the basis of the detection voltage 56 and voltage temperature information 52 relating to a temperature characteristic of the frequency of the oscillation signal 48; wherein the voltage temperature information 52 is calculated as an intermediate value between rising temperature voltage temperature information 60 for performing temperature compensation of an oscillation frequency when the temperature of the piezoelectric vibrator 12 is made to rise and falling temperature voltage temperature information 46 for performing temperature compensation of the oscillation frequency when the temperature of the piezoelectric vibrator 12 is made to fall.
