PURPOSE: A voltage generating circuit and a device comprising the same are provided to automatically adjust the range of an output voltage according to inputted power voltage. CONSTITUTION: In a voltage generating circuit and a device comprising the same, a range controller(10) outputs a code signal. The output voltage of the code signal is controlled by an output voltage. A range controller determines the size of the output voltage. The range controller sets a control code. The range controller outputs the code signal in response to data code. A digital analog converter(20) output a converted voltage. An output unit(30) sets an amplification gain according to the control code. The amplification unit amplifies the converted voltage according to amplification gain. The output unit outputs an output voltage.
