PURPOSE: An anhydrous Lactobacillus health food composition containing Rhus verniciflua, fucoidan, and chitosan is provided to treat and relieve cancer due to induction of apoptosis of cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: An anhydrous Lactobacillus fermentation health food composition having an effect of treating cancer contains Rhus verniciflua fermentation, Dendropanax morbifera Lev. fermentation, fucoidan fermentation, chitosan fermentation, Ceramium kondoi fermentation, Curcuma longa Linne fermentation, Taxus cuspidate fermentation, and Allium scorodorpasum var. viviparum Regel fermentation.
