A lubricant supply mechanism is provided to an upper portion of a cam. A fixing member of the lubricant supply mechanism includes a recovery blade as a lubricant recovery member having lower end portions in contact with side face peripheral edge portions of the cam. The lower end portions of the recovery blade are in contact with the side face peripheral edge portions of the cam. An angle &thetas;, which the lower end portions of the recovery blade make with a direction of rotation of the cam is smaller than 90°.
