PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachable-detachable basket device for safely and easily attaching-detaching a basket from a base part. SOLUTION: A projection member 28 forming a groove part 32 in the middle of the length and forming a tip tapered part on its tip, is installed in a lower part of an upper housing 34 for installing the basket 10 in an upper part. A lower housing 16 fixed to the base part 18 is provided with a first arm 56 forming a first recess part 64 and a second arm 58 forming a second recess part 66. A spring 60 is installed between these first arm 56 and second arm 58, and a space 68 is formed of the first recess part 64 and the second recess part 66 by the spring 60. The projection member 28 expands the space 68 by putting the upper housing 34 on the lower housing 16, and afterwards, the projection member 28 is fitted to the space 68 formed again by the spring 60, and the upper housing 34 for installing the basket 10 in the upper part becomes a state of being fixed to the base part 18.
