PURPOSE: A real time multilingual simultaneous translation and simultaneous translation terminal are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to improve a translation speed by installing a bilingual dictionary in each memory unit. CONSTITUTION: An input unit is inputted a first user language. A translation engine section(140) translates into a relay language in order to transmit the first user language to other terminal. The translation engine section translates a second user language inputted in other terminal to the relay language and the relay language translates to the first user language. A memory unit(130) stores the first user language and the relay language in a bilingual dictionary for mutually translating in the translation engine section. A wireless reception unit(120) is wirelessly received the relay language transformed from the terminal to data. A wireless transmission unit(150) wirelessly transmits the relay language to other terminal translated by the translation engine section.
