<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dividable and transportable charcoal production kiln in which charcoal can be produced continuously and waste heat can be recovered continuously, in small scale charcoal production. <P>SOLUTION: The charcoal production kiln is separated into a heat collection chimney A-8 and a material burning chamber A-1. Only the heat collection chimney A-8 is installed, and the material burning chamber A-1 for housing a charcoal-making material is formed by using a cubic metal box and joined to the installed heat collection chimney A-8 part when producing the charcoal, and the charcoal is produced. During a period of burning the charcoal-making material using exhaust heat continuously, heat is collected in the heat collection chimney part. The material burning chamber A-1 part that comes to a cooling stage is removed and replaced with a new material burning chamber for burning to perform ignition, so that the charcoal-making material is burned almost continuously to collect heat continuously. Further, by separation of the charcoal production kiln, the burning step and the cooling step of charcoal making work can be carried out simultaneously and consequently, the charcoal can be efficiently produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
