A saturation tank for sugar industry, made in a form of cylindrical body with expanded top part and conical bottom, with perforated grates in cylindrical part of saturator and sockets for supply of sugar solution in the top part of saturation tank and for removal of treated solution from the lower part of saturation tank through the hydraulic hitch, and socket for supply of saturation gas to the conical part of saturation tank and its removal from the top part, at that saturation tank is additionally equipped with mechanical device for juice dispersion in vapor dome of saturation tank, and the perforated grates are rotatable towards the axis of saturation tank. |
