PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a mountain slope of conventionally low utility value into valuable land. SOLUTION: The mountain slope is created like terraced fields or terrace paddy fields; a two-storied or one-storied building is constructed there; a slope elevator capable of being arbitrarily lifted/lowered to each of stories is installed; and a mountain is used like an ordinary building.
