PURPOSE: A video call account management method, and a video communication apparatus and a display device using the same are provided to efficiently manage a plurality of user accounts in a video communication system. CONSTITUTION: A controller makes a plurality of accounts for a video call logged in. The plurality of accounts is divided into main users and sub users(200). The controller determines whether a video call is received with a sub user account(210).
