The aim of the invention is to reduce the appearance of temporary deformations and oscillations of respective additional axes of supporting structures of a measuring machine or machine tools, said deformations and oscillations resulting from the accelerated movement of said additional axes. According to the invention, torque resulting from the acceleration of additional axes is compensated by effective torque of a plurality of linearly displaceable, separately driven and coordinately controlled compensation masses on or opposite the mentioned respective supporting structures. |
