PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning device capable of not only forming a workpiece into various shapes, but also forming a bulged part on the outer circumferential wall of the workpiece by suppressing a load in such a forming operation. SOLUTION: The spinning device includes: a rotatable roller 2; a mandrel 3 to which the inner circumferential surface of a workpiece W1 is to be tightly adhered; a first mold 4 disposed at one end of the workpiece W1; a second mold 5 disposed at the other end of the workpiece W1. When the spinning device drives the mandrel 3 and the first and second molds 4, 5 to rotate about the axis of the workpiece W1, and also moves the roller 2 relatively in the axial direction of the workpiece W1 while pressing the roller 2 against the outer circumferential wall of the workpiece W1, a bulged part 6, which is bulged outwardly in a radial direction, is formed on the outer circumferential surface 10a of the workpiece W1 where the roller 2 has passed to result in reduced thickness. Thereby, the spinning device enables not only formation of a workpiece into various shapes, but also forming of the bulged part 6 on the outer circumferential wall 10a of the workpiece W1 by suppressing a load in the forming operation.
