The device has a rear axle pneumatic suspension for a structure change for raising and lowering swap bodies (3), which are fixed above a rear bumper (8) by anchor supports (4) in vertical and horizontal directions during an exchanging process. The supports are fastened in a base or at a structural device. The bodies are supported by an insertable angle bracket (5) in a front left and right side. The bumper is fixed in a fork-like retainer by a locking pin (9). The bodies unroll or slide on a lowered rearwardly dropping vehicle frame (2) by the suspension during driving out of a lorry (1).
