<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent body with a hard coat structure having an ultraviolet shielding function and having high resistance to acid rain. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent body includes a transparent base material 1, and an ultraviolet absorption layer 2 and a hard coat layer 3 arranged on the base material 1 in order, and, as the ultraviolet absorption layer 2. an amorphous TiO<SB>2</SB>film is used. In the space between the ultraviolet absorption layer 2 and the hard coat layer 3, a mixed layer 4 made of a mixture between the amorphous TiO<SB>2</SB>and the material composing the hard coat layer is disposed. The TiO<SB>2</SB>film shows high acid resistance, and further, the amorphous TiO<SB>2</SB>film does not include photocatalytic performance, thus its adhesion with the base material is high. The mixed layer 4 increases the adhesion between the ultraviolet absorption layer 2 and the hard coat layer 3, and prevents film peeling in the case it is subjected to a thermal cycle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
