PURPOSE: A flow tube apparatus is provided to offer ion wind by including at least one focusing electrode within a flow tube and guiding the ions so that it can prevent overheat of mobile devices and elongate a life expectancy of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A flow tube(50) includes an opening. A corona electrode(60) and a collecting electrode(70) offer movement of the ions within the flow tube. At least one focusing electrode(80) guides the ions toward the opening. At least one focusing electrode is offered within the flow tube. The corona electrode and the collecting electrode ionize gas molecules based on electric field occurring between themselves. The first focusing electrode among the focusing electrodes receives the first voltage and the second focusing electrode receives the second voltage. |
