<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an improved form of an exhaust system (more preferably, which is characterized by being capable of improving the energy recovery rate). <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust system 1 for a combustion engine 2, more preferably, for a combustion engine 2 for road vehicle, includes at least one exhaust gas lead-out member 3 having an inner wall 4 annularly closed in a circumferential direction 9, the inside 12 of the inner wall 4 being exposed to exhaust gas.
