The piece has belt channels (3) horizontally and vertically attached on left and right side at front part and at waist portion of a vest for fastening to child seat belts (2). The channels are opened or closed at the sides by slide fastener, hook and loop fastener or buttons for inserting into the seat belts. Double horizontal closing mechanisms (4, 5) prevent slipping of the vest portion. The channels have corresponding points on the lower and upper side openings, so that the shape of the seat belts is not changed.
