<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile antitheft device preventing an automobile from being stolen by changing a seat position without bothering a driver. <P>SOLUTION: When an engine of the automobile is not operated and a shock sensor senses impact of a window glass being broken, a power seat 10 is moved to an antitheft position, and is kept at the position until the engine of the automobile is operated again.
