PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock that can output reference second pulse and asynchronous second pulse synchronized by a synchronizing signal, can detect comparatively and can correct one hour easily at the time of introducing summer time. SOLUTION: A clock is provided with a synchronizing signal detecting circuit 14 and a phase adjusting circuit 16 constituting a synchronizing signal input circuit, and counters 17, 19, 22 and the like are moved with the second pulse (SEC) of a standard clock as a trigger and with a synchronizing signal (a) as a clock to detect reference second pulse (c) synchronous with the synchronizing signal (a). The clock is also provided with a switch 21 for setting the timing of asynchronous second pulse (p), a down counter 19 for setting the timing of asynchronous second pulse (i), a comparative detecting circuit 34 for comparative detection, and a button for the correction of one hour. |
