PURPOSE: An apparatus for transplanting plug seedlings is provided to transplant seedlings planted in a narrow tray in a wide tray. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transplanting plug seedlings comprises: an extraction portion(50) which can transplant seedlings to a transplant tray by extracting the seedlings from a seedling tray using four pins; a first transfer unit(20) for transferring the extraction portion; a supporting unit(10) for supporting the extraction portion; a second transfer unit(40) for transferring the seedling tray; a third transfer unit(30) for transferring the transplant tray; and a controller for controlling the function of the extraction portion, first transfer unit, second transfer unit, and third transfer unit.
