PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a 3D image providing method are provided to easily confirm whether synchronization is proper or not. CONSTITUTION: A user command reception unit(270) receives an input of a user, and a control unit(240) alternatively outputs a left eye image and a right eye image. If a preset command is inputted through the user command receiving unit, the control unit outputs a first screen on which the output order of the left and right eye images is changed and a second screen on which the output order of the left and right eye images is not changed.
