PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an air bag capable of desirably changing the outline thereof having limited in the conventional method. SOLUTION: This is a method of manufacturing an air bag formed of plural three-dimensional bag parts 1 having a different size and a flat surface bag part 2 extended from an opening part of the three-dimensional bag 1 and formed by heat-sealing two pieces of film P. The three-dimensional bag parts 1 are heat-sealed for working in order from a smaller size, and both ends of the opening part of each three-dimensional bag part 1 are formed with an overlap seal part 3, which coincides with both ends of the opening of the adjacent three- dimensional bag part 1. Finally, an outline 1A of the biggest three-dimensional bag part 1b and an outline 2A of the flat surface bag part 2 are heat-sealed through the overlap seal part 3. |
