The arrangement has energy cells switched parallel to cross-strands in a matrix form, and exchange system for the cross strands and the energy cells. The energy cells are charged with a charge controller, which is switched parallel to the cross strand. Voltage of the cross-strand is monitored and a charging condition for the energy cells is determined based on determination of the voltage. Energy is supplied to the charge controller based on the charging condition. The energy cells are cooled by a cooling fluid.
