PURPOSE: A concrete placing lever is provided to prevent a space from becoming formed in a rebar coupling unit since a space between a plurality of protrusions on the inner circumferential surface of the rebar coupling unit functions as a concrete mortar path and thus the inner space of the rebar coupling unit can be filled with the concrete mortar. CONSTITUTION: A concrete placing lever comprises a rebar coupling unit(1), an indicator(2), a rotation preventing unit(3) and a plurality of protrusions(4). The rebar coupling unit is formed in a cylinder shape and the lower part of the rebar coupling unit is open in a length direction to accept and fix rebars. The indicator is installed on the rebar coupling unit and indicates the placing height of concrete. The rotating preventing unit is installed on the rebar coupling unit in a length direction to be supported on the rebar to prevent the rebar coupling unit from rotating spontaneously. The protrusions are installed on the inner circumferential surface of the rebar coupling unit in a length direction.
