PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet in which variation in tensile strength and cap removing properties is reduced, production of burr upon forming is suppressed, and thinning is facilitated. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet has a composition comprising, by mass, 1.55 to 1.85% Mg,≤0.20% Mn, 0.05 to 0.15% Si,≤0.50% Fe,≤0.03% Cu,≤0.03% Zn,≤0.03% Ti and≤0.03% Cr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and has a sheet thickness of 0.21 to 0.23 mm, wherein crystal grains have fibrous structure, the number of intermetallic compounds with a size of≥3μm is <300 pieces/mm<SP>2</SP>, and tensile strength is 205 to 225 MPa.
