PURPOSE: A producing method of compressed charcoal for the food purification is provided to prevent the absorption of charcoal powder to the human body by forming a coating layer with pores on the surface of the charcoal. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of compressed charcoal for the food purification comprises the following steps: inserting mineral charcoal into a crusher, and finely crushing(a); inserting the charcoal powder into a mold frame, and compressing(b); heating the compressed charcoal at 2,500~3,5000deg C(c); cooling the molded charcoal at room temperature(d); polishing the surface of the charcoal(e); and coating the surface of the compressed charcoal with a coating agent with pores(f). The coating agent is teflon powder.
