PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal foil laminate for making the external appearance of the metal foil laminate excellent, and improving the surface flatness of the metal foil laminate. SOLUTION: A second laminate 9 having a layer construction in which a first laminate 8 in which a resin-impregnated base material 2 is put between a pair of first metal foil 3, a pair of first spacers 5, a pair of second spacers 18, and a pair of first cushioning materials 20 in this order is put between a pair of metal plates 6 and a pair of second cushioning materials 7 in this order is manufactured. This second laminate 9 is heat-pressurized by a pair of hot plates in the laminating direction. Since the first spacer 5, the second spacer 18, and the first cushioning material 20 are intervened between the first metal foil 3 and metal plate 6, a situation that unevenness is generated in the first metal foil 3 or pressurization balance is collapsed is not generated. Since the second cushioning material 7 is intervened between the hot plate and the metal plate 6, an excessive rise of a temperature does is not caused. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
