PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately acquire contents at a time point when a user performs viewing in another Web content such as an advertisement changed by timing of access included in a displayed Web content. SOLUTION: In a communication system, a terminal device 10 receives a first Web content including a second URL corresponding to a second Web content and a tag executed for acquiring the second URL from a Web server 30, receives the second Web content corresponding to the second URL from a Web server 40, displays the first Web content and the second Web content, executes the tag to acquire the second URL, and transmits the second URL to a measurement server 20. The measurement server 20 receives the second URL transmitted by the terminal device 10, and receives the second Web content corresponding to the second URL from the Web server 40.
