The fluid control valve is interposed in a fluid flow passage, and includes a temperature sensing part which is provided in a fluid of the fluid flow passage, and which is configured to operate based on a temperature of the fluid; a heating element which is configured to heat the temperature sensing part; and a shielding part which is capable of shielding the temperature sensing part from the fluid.
