DOUBLE INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE FOR THIN PLATE PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A double injection-molding device for a thin plate product is provided to reduce failure ratio by preventing a weld line from becoming formed on the surface of a product using heated molten-resin. CONSTITUTION: A double injection-molding device for a thin plate product comprises first and second molds(10,20). The first and second molds comprise first and second fixed units(11,21), first and second moving units(12,22), and first and second pipes. The first and second fixed units are respectively fixed to outer parts. The first and second moving units respectively form first and second cavities together with the first and second fixed units. The second cavity has a different shape from the first cavity. The first and second pipes pass through each inner part of the first and second fixed units and the first and second moving units to be adjacent to each cavity. The first and second moving units rotate on the same rotating shaft(C), and their positions are exchanged.
