PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting mispairing of moving object data.

SOLUTION: If object data are present within a predetermined determination area range centered at the newly-detected moving object data, the newly-detected moving object data are considered as the erroneous object data due to the mispairing, and the pairing is implemented again. The mispairing is judged early by using a few to-be-determined objects to prevent an erroneous vehicle control so that the safety of a vehicle user can be ensured.
