PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a lubricating oil in a casing with a simple structure, and to improve reliability to an axle device by improving the durability of a differential mechanism and a brake mechanism. SOLUTION: In a lid body 15 of the casing 13, a heat radiation plate 39 cooling the lubricating oil 38 inside by cooling air flowing in from the front side during traveling, is arranged. A plurality of fins 41 of the heat radiation plate 39 are arranged not to be overlapped in a front-back direction by differentiating their positions in a horizontal direction to the cooling air flowing in from the front side during traveling. The lubricating oil 38 is thereby cooled by attaching the heat radiation plate 39 to the lid body 15. The cooled cooling air are evenly directed to each of the fins 41 arranged by differentiating their positions in the horizontal direction, and heat radiation performance by the heat radiation plate 39 is then improved.
