PURPOSE: A solar power generating device and manufacturing method are provided to absorb heat generated from a solar cell, thereby increasing electrical features of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell includes a rear side electrode layer(120), an optical absorption layer(130), and a window layer. A first heat conductive layer(210) is formed on the window layer. A thermoelectric element comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a pair of p-type semiconductors, a pair of n-type semiconductors, and a third electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are formed on the first heat conductive layer. The p-type semiconductors and the n-type semiconductors are formed on the first and second electrodes respectively and separated each other. The third electrode is connected to an n-type semiconductors of the first electrode and a p-type semiconductor of the second electrode. |
