WATER COLLECTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collecting structure increasing the amount of inflow that can be caught while maintaining a drainage function without increasing cost and time, using an existing catch basin as it is without replacing it. SOLUTION: The periphery and upper part of the catch basin 1 is surrounded with a net body 10 rising crossing a passage over the passage of rainwater flowing into the catch basin 1. The catch basin 1 may be provided at the bottom face of a ditch 2 provided in parallel with a road on the road side. The net body 10 may extend along the ditch 2 from an upper position of the catch basin 1 so that the edge intersecting the ditch 2 may come in close contact with the inner surface of the ditch 2 and that the edge parallel with the ditch 2 may come in close contact with the edge of the ditch 2.
