PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based solid cosmetic that has an effect of fundamentally improving moisture retention capacity of the stratum corneum, comprises a biosurfactant, imparts sufficient moisture to the skin so as to prevent and improve skin problems and inflammation and lasts long on the skin, provided that the cosmetic can solve the problem wherein a conventional moisturizing substance applied to the skin is only temporarily effective and cannot fundamentally improve hydration ability of the entire stratum corneum so as to essentially prevent or improve skin problems, or the problem wherein a conventional oil-based cosmetic does not achieve a sufficient performance in terms of quality to last long on the skin despite various considerations. SOLUTION: The oil-based solid cosmetic comprises (A) the biosurfactant, (B) silicones, (C) a semisolid fat or solid fat, (D) a liquid oil and (E) a pigment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
