<p>The invention relates to a heat-insulating system meant for reducing heat loss in various types of rooms. According to the invention, the heat-insulating system contains an opening for a window with a plurality of window panes, wherein at least two frames (1) made of wood, aluminium or other painted metal or plastic are fixed, in each frame (1) there being manually mounted a vertically mobile glass pane (3), after the fixing of an adhesive tape (2). The glass pane (3) is mounted in the frame (1) by using some clips (4) made of a screw bolt (a) with a safety bolt (b) having the role of fixing an L-shaped steel plate (c) wherein there is mounted a flexible steel blade (d) with six bendings (e1, e2, e3, e4, e5, e6), plated with an elastic synthetic rubber body (f), the screw bolt (a) being screwed into a female threaded bushing (5), previously mounted tightly into the wall, the vertical motion of the glass pane (3), either downwards or upwards, being ensured by a lower pocket (l) and an upper pocket (m). Each such pocket has two guiding zones (n, o), the lower part of the upper pocket (m) being covered with two insulating tapes (7, 8) to be replaced periodically, while the upper part of the lower pocket (l) is covered with two insulating tapes (9, 10) to be replaced periodically, in the lower part of the lower pocket (l) there being located a lower stopper (11) made of painted wood or plastic having a soft contact surface towards the glass, while in the upper part of the upper pocket (m) there is located an upper stopper (12) having a soft contact surface towards the glass.</p> |
