IGNITION FURNACE OF AGGLOMERATION MACHINE

摘要

An ignition furnace of agglomeration machine consists of ignition chamber with lined refractory walls and cover of ignition chamber placed on metal frame, four gas burners installed in the end section of ignition chamber at acute angle to horizon, stabilization screen. The furnace is additionally equipped with metal plates that rest on walls of the ignition chamber and stabilization screen and are made for instance of refractory cast-iron. In the plates coil pipes are arranged, those are formed by pipes inlet ends of which are connected to air-supply collector and the outlet ends of coil pipes are connected to air supply collector that is connected to gas burners. Lining of cover is placed over the plates.
