PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub-frame support structure suitably restricting behavior of the sub-frame while ensuring the capacity of an elastic body of a bushing for supporting the sub-frame. SOLUTION: The sub-frame support structure for supporting the sub-frame 10 through a plurality of cylindrical bushings is constituted such that the plurality of cylindrical bushings include a front bushing 100 and a rear bushing 200 provided on a front part and a rear part of the sub-frame, an inner cylinder 120 of the front bushing has an enlarged diameter part in which an outer diameter near an upper end part is enlarged than the other portion, an inner cylinder 220 of the rear bushing has an enlarged diameter part in which an outer diameter near a lower end part is enlarged than the other portion, and in a horizontal cross section shape of a middle part of at least one inner cylinder of the front bushing and the rear bushing, a dimension in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction is larger than a dimension in the first direction along a linear line drawn from a yawing center CY of the sub-frame to a central axis of the inner cylinder.
