PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange forming machine of a tubular material which can expand and bend the tubular material till 90°to an outer side only by a primary roller. SOLUTION: The forming machine forms the flange at the end part of the tubular material. The forming machine includes: an almost conical rotating and revolving roller slidingly contacting with the end part of the tubular material while pressing it; a roller support member for rotatably supporting the roller; an arm turning the roller support member in a front and rear direction in such a way that the roller is tilted and turned in a diameter expansion direction of the end part while gradually moving a sliding contact part of the roller with the end part of the tubular material to the root side of the roller; and a means for rotating the arm to allow the roller to revolve along the end part of the tubular material.
