PURPOSE: A windows regulator for a vehicle is provided to maintain the uniform tension of a wire without a tube by integrally connecting a guide rail and a base plate. CONSTITUTION: A windows regulator for a vehicle comprises a carrier plate(110), a guide rail(120), a driving member(130) and a base plate(140). The carrier plate is combined with a window(101) opening and closing a door of a vehicle. The guide rail is arranged to correspond to the opening and closing direction of the window. The guide rail supports the carrier plate to move. The driving member is connected to the carrier plate using a wire. The driving member transfers the carrier plate. The driving member is attached to the base plate.
