<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectification type voltage converter in which a current of an inductance of a synchronous rectification type voltage converter prevents the occurrence of a reverse current in a discontinuous mode so as to eliminate deterioration in conversion efficiency and adverse effects on a power supply in a synchronous rectification type voltage converter capable of stepping up or stepping down voltages. <P>SOLUTION: When an output current of a synchronous rectification type voltage converter, capable of stepping up or stepping down voltages, is smaller than a value of a prescribed reference current, a synchronous switch is put in a non-conductive state so as to cut off a path in the direction from a capacitor to a power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
